Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Age 31. The CEO began at Hydron in 2013 as a cashier and quickly advanced due to family ties, being the nephew of the company’s founder. After the founder’s tragic passing in 2017, he was appointed CEO. Despite holding only a High School Diploma and an Associate’s Degree in Business, he transformed Hydron’s mission from producing corporate-style gadgets to pioneering cutting-edge technology. Assistant Chief Executive Officer (Assistant CEO)
Age 26. The Assistant CEO is the CEO’s right hand, responsible for executing day-to-day decisions and managing crises efficiently. With a High School Diploma as formal education, this role is highly valued for quick, street-smart decision-making rather than formal academic credentials. The Assistant CEO commands a high salary reflecting their critical role in maintaining rapid operational momentum.

Executive Chairman

Administrator
Age 29. Holding Bachelor’s Degrees in both Psychology and Business, the Administrator leads administrative functions across all divisions. The Administrator is publicly respected for progressive HR policies and advanced security measures that help create a stable, productive workplace.

Research & Engineering Director (R&E Director)
Age 33. With a Masters in Computer Engineering from MIT, the R&E Director is the intellectual force behind Hydron’s technological innovations. He leads the design of core technologies such as AI-driven thermal cooling systems and advanced RAM architectures. Considered one of the brightest minds in the company and the industry, he frequently contributes to scientific journals and speaks at technical symposiums.

Franchisee Executive Director
Age 35. Equipped with a High School Diploma and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, this executive oversees the operations of all Hydron stores and franchises worldwide. Acting as a senior manager, the Franchisee Executive Director ensures that retail outlets comply with company standards, maintaining quality control and operational consistency.

Customer Service Executive Team
Comprising four members aged 32, 29, 33, and 35, this team includes one female and three males. Their educational backgrounds include degrees in Business, Engineering, and Physiology. They are responsible for handling high-level customer service issues, conflict resolution, and relaying user feedback to the R&D and management teams, ensuring Hydron’s customer experience remains exceptional.

Executive Advisor
Age 41. Holding a PhD in Chemistry, a Bachelor’s in Biology, and a Master’s in Engineering, the Executive Advisor oversees all high-level scientific experiments and protocols. This role also monitors employee behavior, especially regarding safety and ethics, with authority to dismiss personnel if necessary. The Executive Advisor is crucial for maintaining scientific integrity and operational safety.

Company Overwatch
Age 31. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Master’s in Physiology, the Company Overwatch supervises operations across all divisions. This demanding role involves extensive paperwork, verifications, HR communications, and continuous monitoring of company-wide processes to ensure compliance and efficiency. The position commands a high salary reflecting its workload and responsibilities.

Chief of Ranks Team
A team of four, ages 32, 34, 29 (female), and 27, all holding Bachelor’s Degrees in Business. This team manages employee-related concerns such as raise requests, labor disputes, and background checks. Acting as the main liaison between staff and management, the Chief of Ranks ensures proper adherence to internal policies and handles key workforce administration duties.

Executive Store Manager Team
A large team of 467 individuals, predominantly male (312) with the remainder female. Most hold degrees in Business. They oversee store managers and franchise owners, addressing violations, financial difficulties, sales performance, and operational issues. They conduct routine inspections and serve as the primary enforcement layer below the Franchisee Executive Director.

Chairman (Third in Command, Management Division)
Age 30. Holding Bachelor’s Degrees in both Business and Engineering, the Chairman serves as the third-ranking officer within the management division. This role oversees employees, supports higher management, and ensures smooth daily operations across departments.

What's the story behind Hydron? What inspired you to start this business?

Hydron is a technology company founded in Canada, in 2006. They initially focused on creating high-end gaming PCs before shifting their research towards phones from 2018-2021, aiming to create high-performance phones. In 2022, the successfully first made the M1, now discontinued, and improved from that, slowly making more and more products, each being more improved.

Why change from PCs to cellphones?

Well- first we never changed from PCs, we still make Hydron Laptops, PCs, and hardware made for PCs and computing, however we starting investing into time with phones since we thought our micro CPU prototypes and GPUs could impress the world- and it did.
